The platform may never be used for extortion, personal feuds, fabricated evidence, or commercial competition.

3. Strictly Prohibited Content

You agree never to submit, upload, or disseminate:

• Personal Slander & Blackmail: Using the platform as leverage for extortion or settling private family/business disputes unrelated to official duties.

• Private Doxxing: Revealing home addresses, personal bank account details, children's information, or non-public personal numbers of officials' families.

• Hate Speech & Incitement: Content targeting individuals based on religion, caste, gender, or ethnicity.

4. Evidence Licensing & Open Access

By submitting evidence, testimonials, or reports, you grant CorruptionGram an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, format, display, and distribute the content under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license. 5. Platform Neutrality & Fact-Checking

CorruptionGram operates as an open-access civic intermediary under relevant safe harbor provisions. We do not independently investigate every incident prior to publication, nor do we act as a judicial body. Reports represent the claims of the respective submitting citizens until cross-verified by the community.

6. Moderation, Takedowns, & Disputed Reports

If a named department or individual believes a report contains provably false statements or doctored media, they may submit a formal “Right to Respond” or request a review via contact@corruptiongram.in. Disputed reports will clearly display official counter-statements or may be temporarily flagged during inquiry.

7. Limitation of Liability

CorruptionGram, its maintainers, volunteers, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform, the public availability of submitted reports, or subsequent actions taken by third parties or law enforcement agencies.
